After being a business owner for 10 years, I had no idea that search engine optimization even existed. I had been told by many clients that my marketing was wonderful.  Like everyone else in my industry, I had a professional looking website with pretty pictures, a few links to interesting things to do about town and a bio telling how amazing I am.  Little did I know how much I was missing by not taking full advantage of my website to and not allowing it to provide qualified leads… not just to take up room on my business card?  Since I didn’t even know it existed, can you imagine how shocked I was to see how quickly a website could be ranked in the first page of Google by a knowledgeable seo consultant!
